Recommended Dosage

When taken as a supplement, we recommend a daily dosage of 1000 – 2000 mg. (2-4 capsules.) It is not recommended to exceed 2000 mg per day. One full 2000 mg dose of Magnesium Threonate contains 144 mg of elemental magnesium.

Magnesium Threonate Side Effects

The most common side effect associated with Magnesium use is drowsiness, which is why it is best taken at night. Dizziness and headaches are rarely reported, but possible side effects. Please consult your physician before taking Magnesium L-Threonate.
