Recommended Dosage

As a supplement for circulatory health support, take two 600 mg capsules in the morning with food. Repeat this dosage again with lunch and dinner. To support endurance when exercising, take 6-8 capsules about an hour before exercising.

L-Citrulline Side Effects

Research has found no reported side effects of L-Citrulline. That said, the supplement may interact with certain prescription medications and as a result should not be used if you’re taking Nitrates for heart disease of ED drugs such as Cialis, Levitra,
or Viagra.
